Welcome!

Hi! My name is Ingrid Jeanette. Welcome to my blog! I’m Norwegian, I live in a small town in eastern Norway with my now grown daughter, and I am by education both an MA in cultural studies and a preschool teacher.

I’m also a certified Yin Yoga teacher (although I’m not teaching atm), and love the holistic way of life.
